What is polystyrene light concrete?
It is a construction product produced by mixing water, EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), cement, and 1-1,5% polyphil to create bonding between EPS and cement, without requiring thermal treatment.
Why polystyrene concrete?
-It is not necessary to subject concrete blocks to thermal treatment in furnaces with steam at high temperatures.
-Provides energy savings of up to 80% compared to conventional autoclaved aerated concrete.
-Has high heat insulation values.
-Has high heat insulation values.
-Possible to install modular portable plants.
-Does not require wide production areas. It is possible to produce it in small areas.
-Has lower level of initial investment costs.
-Does not require 24-Hour Continuous Production.
-Has the same compressive strength values as the conventional autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC).
-Possibility to produce precast lightweight construction products in all desired sizes.
-It is possible to produce rebar reinforced wall, flooring and panel, etc.
-NAAC construction products do not require special adhesives or plaster.
-Has short production times.
-Made of natural raw material such as polystyrene granules, cement and water.
